Orders within South Africa typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary by location and during peak periods.

Yes. Enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout and include any gifting notes requested during your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery is free for qualifying South African orders over R999.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and body-care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and products. Our team will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
